Data Import Wizard

Through a very simple wizard a user can import data from text, csv or excel files into the Passport Stock Inventory and Asset systems.

Source Data, Destination Data
Add Map
Text File Import

This module allows users to:

  • Select the destination data file to import into
  • Navigate to the source CSV, Text or Excel file
  • Map the data fields of interest
  • Validate the data
  • Once validated the data will then populate the corresponding mapped fields onscreen
  • Perform the import
  • Save this particular import setup with a unique name for future imports
