This feature allows you to import your inventory and asset data
quickly and easily from an Excel spreadsheet anywhere—anytime using
Google Drive,MS SkyDrive, Box.com, and Dropbox.
Importing your data can be done in 3 easy steps:
1. Choose and login into the available source
to select the data you want to import.
2. Select where you want the data to go
Select the destination data file to which you will import
3. Find the data you want to import and match-up fields
Navigate to the source CSV, or Excel file
Map the data fields of interest
Validate the data: Once validated, the data will populate the corresponding
mapped fields onscreen.
4. Perform the import
Save this particular import setup with a unique name for future imports.

Mapping & Routing
This feature allows you to track and locate assets on a geographical
Map and quickly generate the easiest route available to the location of the asset.
Select where you want the data to go on a geographical map. You will also be able to visualize all asset locations on the map when logged into BarCloud Web and on the BarCloud Mobile App.

You are able to schedule and perform desired maintenance on a specific asset by determining when an asset has reached a certain milestone such as calibration deadline, mileage point, expiration date, or expired licenses.
Users can also create their own milestones in regards to scheduling maintenance. Have full visibility on when the event was performed, who performed it, and the overall cost associated with the maintenance process by creating maintenance reports. Reporting helps illustrate the history of previously scheduled and performed maintenance duties making it easier for auditing assets.
BarCloud offeres different versatile analytics for both assets and stock inventory. Check and see when assets were checked out, how long they are checked out, and forecast upcoming warranty expirations.
