We are constantly working to improve BarCloud by adding new features. The base features that are included
in our software are enough for most users, however, if you need a more advanced solution, our add-on
features help to make our system adaptable to your exact inventory management and asset tracking needs.
Advanced Stock Inventory
The base system functionality of our online inventory management
and asset tracking software is for basic, quantity–based inventory
such as nuts and bolts, bin items, or boxes, cases and pallets of
product. Advanced Stock Inventory is available for businesses that
need to track quantity–based stock inventory, including:
Batch lot inventory: Food, chemicals, medical supplies or production lot tracking
Serialized inventory: Appliances or electronics
Serial with quantity inventory: Textile rolls, chemical drums and totes
Inventory with expiration dates: Food items or medicine
Non–inventoried items: Labor hours or low/no value piece parts.
Last In, First Out (LIFO) and First, In First Out (FIFO)

Multiple Sites
The Multiple Sites feature allows a specific set of users
to connect to their own independent content and data.
Users from different locations or groups sync their data
with a master database. The users have access to their
individual data on the master database, but no access to the
data of other groups or locations. A master administrator is
able to access and view all data from all locations or groups.
Master administrators also have the ability to run global
reports and set up users by individual sites.

Data Import
This feature allows you to import your inventory and asset data
quickly and easily from an Excel spreadsheet or text or CSV file.
Importing your data can be done in 3 easy steps:
1. Select where you want the data to go
Select the destination data file to which you will import
2. Find the data you want to import and match-up fields
Navigate to the source CSV, text or Excel file
Map the data fields of interest
Validate the data: Once validated, the data will populate the corresponding
mapped fields onscreen
3. Perform the import
Save this particular import setup with a unique name for future imports

QuickBooks Integration
ASAP BarCloud fully integrates with QuickBooks, giving you barcode
capabilities to extend the usability of QuickBooks. Stockroom and
warehouse tasks using hand-held mobile barcode scanners means
that you can do away with your repetitive QuickBooks accounting
tasks such as generating bills, item receipts, inventory adjustments
and invoices — with our inventory and asset software, these tasks
are done for you automatically.
