Inside Sales
Job Description:
ASAP Systems is a long established leader in barcode based inventory control systems with a national customer base of fortune 1000, government and educational organizations. We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will be selling the company's solutions and/or services via telephone.
This candidate will qualify and follow up with sales leads.
Candidates may be asked to establish and maintain relationships with partners and mail marketing/sales literature to prospective clients. They will keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive posture of the company and prepares activity and forecast reports as requested. Will also typically close inbound sales calls and also generate outbound sales calls.
Qualifications:
This candidate should be familiar with the entire sales lifecycle and have prior telesales experience. Should be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Should possess strong communication and intangible skills. Lastly, this candidate should have extensive cold calling experience.
Office Manager - Part Time
Job Description:
We are seeking a Part Time Office Manager responsible for billing, collection, ordering products, data entry and other miscellaneous office duties such as shipping literature packages, filing, etc.
Qualifications:
This position requires strong background in Quick Books Pro and Microsoft Excel. Excellent telephone presence and written skills required.
Technical Support/Development Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a software Engineer or Customer Support Representative that can serve existing and new customers in the system customization, installation, training and ongoing support of our systems.
Qualifications:
Requires strong knowledge of: Microsoft Access 98/2000/2002 Design/Development, Microsoft SQL, Visual Basic, Visual Basic.net, WebServices, QC/Test/Verification, PERL, GUI, Install Shield/Windows Installer and the DAO (3.6 / 98) environment.
Familiarity with: warehouse, inventory, stock/parts, and other inventory areas a strong plus.
