Signature Capture
The Signature inventory management and asset tracking software allows for automatic signature capture for:
- Receiving assets, evidence and documents
- Moving assets, evidence and documents
- Checking in and out assets, evidence and documents
With Signature Capture you can:
- Select an item to receive, move or check in and out
- Select the person who will sign for the inventory, asset or evidence item
- Capture the person's signature and save it
Administrators can designate and edit the number of signatures required to conduct transactions.
