What are Zapier's limitations as it relates to BarCloud?

Zapier is not a tool for deep data integrations between BarCloud and another online application. However, Zapier does let you create simple data integrations, including moving a piece of data or taking an action on your behalf.

What's a "Zap"?

Zapier calls a connection between two applications a "Zap". A Zap is a connection, or integration, between two apps that automates your workflow. A Zap is made of a "trigger" (ex: When I add a new customer in BarCloud...) and an "action" (ex: ...send out an SMS message). Zaps run automatically to move and manage data without any work on your part.

Do I need a Zapier account to integrate BarCloud with these other apps?

Yes. You must have an account in BarCloud, Zapier, and the other app. Customers in all pricing tiers of BarCloud have access to this integration tool.

What is included in the Zapier free plan?

The free plan includes access to all non-premium apps, the use of 5 Zaps, and 100 tasks (i.e. every time you move a piece of data).
