ASAP Systems, the market leader in Inventory System and Asset Tracking, announces a visual uplift with added functionality for its Inventory System and Asset Tracking Solution forms.

Efficiency and productivity being a priority, ASAP Systems didn’t stop at designing new intuitive forms but also added exciting new functionalities to all its Inventory System and Asset Tracking forms.

One of these new functionalities includes a dynamic visual representation in the forms that provide summaries and quick access to live data, where users can click and deep dive into more detailed information.

For example, the dynamic graphs of the Stock form now illustrate information including Stock ID, stock quantities, Number of P.O.S, and Number of locations to name a few. Other enhancements include the dynamic graphs for the Asset Form will now display an image of the asset, state who the Custodian is, Checked-out status, Locations, and how many days are left under warranty and if it passed due, the circle turns red and shows how many days the asset is passed due its warranty.

Furthermore, users will maintain the ability to switch between the old and new layout, offering a transition period for users to become more familiar with the new enhancements.

“This new enhancement is designed for better user experience,” explains Gerges Tannous, Head of ASAP Systems’ RD Department.  At ASAP Systems, we pride ourselves on continual enhancements to equip our customers with the latest innovations and technologies, while maintaining flexibility and ease-of-use.
