ASAP Systems, the market leader in Inventory System and Asset Tracking, announces a new enhancement to its Mobile Inventory Pack Transaction.
The Pack Transaction Feature is a Quantity Verification process that offers users the ability to confirm the accuracy of inventory items that have been pulled against its order list. The Inventory Pack Transaction enhancements allow administrators to increase the quality control of inventory items before they are packed for shipping.
The Inventory Systems’ Pack Transaction Feature now offers administrators 2 options of verification on inventory before they are packed and shipped. The first option is an onscreen Visual List of all inventory items and order quantities. This option is designed to save users a significant amount of time because they can now see what items and quantities are supposed to be included in the Order.
With the second option, users can verify the Order Quantity by simply scanning each barcoded item. This option provides better accountability than the first option since it requires the users to scan all items in the Packing List or Sales Order.
