Join a Live Meeting
First Time Users
Test your network for connectivity to the Live Meeting service.

If you receive a Launch.rtc Error.
If you are prompted to open or to save a file that is named "Launch.rtc" then please do the following. Disable the "Do Not Save Encrypted pages to disk" option in Internet Explorer... 1. In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options. 2. On the Advanced tab, locate the Security section. 3. Clear the "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" check box. 4. Click Apply, and then click OK. 5. To verify that the issue is resolved, close all browser windows, then come back to this page to try again.
If you already have the Live Meeting client software.
It will start automatically and connect to a test meeting. 2. You'll see a multi-language screen that says "You have successfully connected to Live Meeting." 3. Success! No need to go any further, please Close or Exit the Live Meeting. 4. You're now ready to join an actual Live Meeting.
If you don't have the Live Meeting client software.
Your browser will show this page titled "Install Microsoft Office Live Meeting Client or use Microsoft Office Live Meeting Web Access."

Download the Live Meeting Client Software [press the button for Accept, Install, and Join]
- Use your browser for Live Meeting Web Access [press the button for Accept and Use]
There is no need for you to have a sound card, speakers, or a microphone because we'll be on the phone with you during the Live Meeting.
