ASAP Systems, Share its Cloud-Based Inventory System and Inventory Shopping Cart with Shelter Partnership to Help the Homeless

ASAP Systems, the market leader in Inventory System and Warehouse tracking Solutions, is a proponent in the fight against homelessness and has partnered with Los Angeles County in an effort to give back to the community.  ASAP Systems has donated its Cloud-Based Inventory System and Inventory Shopping Cart to Shelter Partnership, located in Bell city.

Shelter Partnership, a nonprofit organization collaboratively solving homelessness in Los Angeles County, was established in 1985 after an increasing number of homeless people were becoming more visible in communities. Shelter Partnership operates a 108 000  ft2 warehouse, where they store millions of dollars worth of new clothes and items, all donated, for distribution to over 240 homeless service providers throughout Los Angeles County.

ASAP Systems’ Cloud-Based Inventory System assisted  Shelter Partnership in effectively managing inventory in their warehouse. The organization receives inventory from hundreds of donors, manufacturers, and retailers. In return, Homeless Service Providers, using the Inventory Shopping Cart, browse and order Inventory Items according to their needs. The Homeless Service Providers vary from Salvation Army, Family Centers, Low Income Housing Distribution and a host of others collaborating in the fight against homelessness
